01 Introduction

Welcome to baggo. Baggo is an online gaming platform operated at baggo.live, designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers a range of games including dice, sports betting, fishing arcades, poker, and baccarat, all playable with real BDT stakes via local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

These Terms apply to all users of baggo, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who accesses any part of the baggo platform. Reading these Terms carefully before you register is important — they explain your rights, your obligations, and the rules that govern how baggo operates.

Baggo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of baggo after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on baggo, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Baggo does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances. We may request age verification documents at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing baggo from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of baggo complies with the laws applicable to you.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any legal restriction that limits your ability to enter contracts, you are not eligible to use baggo.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from baggo or any affiliated platform. Attempting to register while under a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

Baggo reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one baggo account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on baggo, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Username: Your chosen username must not impersonate another person, contain offensive language, or violate any third-party rights.
• Password: You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. Baggo will never ask you for your password.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered contact details up to date. Baggo uses these to communicate important account and payment information.
• KYC verification: Baggo may require identity verification (Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.

Baggo accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your baggo account. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent account closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on baggo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Baggo supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods — baggo does not accept bank transfers, credit cards, or cryptocurrency at this time.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is stated on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the minimum will not be credited.
• Deposit processing: Deposits are typically credited to your baggo account within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside baggo's control.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Baggo aims to process withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal to same method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Verification before withdrawal: Baggo may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is to protect players and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

Baggo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside baggo's control.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Baggo offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a 500 BDT bonus means you must wager 5,000 BDT before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your baggo account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Fishing and dice games may contribute at a different rate than card games. The contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Abuse prevention: Baggo monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Baggo reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings where abuse is detected.
• Modification or cancellation: Baggo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

06 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on baggo operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a wager on any baggo game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game.

• Random Number Generation: All baggo games use a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results, account history, or balance size.
• Disconnection policy: If you are disconnected during an active game round, baggo's system will complete the round according to the game's standard rules. Baggo is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.
• Bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and tables. These are displayed within the game interface before you place a wager.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, baggo reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. Baggo's decision in such cases is final.
• Currency: All wagers and winnings on baggo are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on baggo. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one baggo account, whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or other competitive formats.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to play games or interact with the baggo platform.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, engaging in chargebacks after withdrawing winnings, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or any other technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using baggo to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. Baggo cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected money laundering.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing other players or baggo staff through any communication channel.

08 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your baggo account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login details with anyone, and logging out of baggo when using a shared or public device.

• Password security: Use a strong, unique password for your baggo account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• Phishing awareness: Baggo will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from baggo and asking for your password, do not respond — report it to support immediately.
• Unauthorised access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact baggo support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account.
• Liability for unauthorised play: Baggo cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

09 Responsible Gaming

Baggo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our obligation to protect vulnerable players seriously.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your baggo account at any time. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases take 24 hours to take effect.
• Session time reminders: Baggo can send you reminders after you have been playing for a set period of time. These can be configured in your account settings.
• Cooling-off periods: You can request a temporary break from baggo of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or deposit.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel you need a longer break, you can self-exclude from baggo for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion is permanent for the chosen period and cannot be reversed early.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baggo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Baggo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether baggo was advised of the possibility of such losses.

Baggo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. Baggo will not be liable for losses resulting from platform downtime.

12 Changes to Terms

Baggo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of baggo after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using baggo and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
